(Cardiff, 10 October 2025) — Global Principles for Sustainable Securities Lending (Global PSSL) CIC will participate in the World Bank Group–International Monetary Fund Annual Meetings in Washington, DC, starting on 13th October 2025.
Alongside the main meetings, Radek Stech (Founder of Global PSSL and the ABC Score™), Kenneth Gutwillig and Kevin Chen (both Co-Founders of the Global PSSL Investment Advisors Council) will take an active part in the Annual Meeting of the Bretton Woods Committee, whose membership includes senior finance executives, prime ministers, and central bankers.

The session will feature an address by Diandra Soobiah, Director of Responsible Investment at Nest Pensions.
A preview of the call for action paper, including key discussion points for stakeholders, is available here. The final report will also introduce additional ABC Score™ metrics designed to measure post-issuance transparency and accountability across global capital markets.
The Bretton Woods Committee staff is helping to facilitate the review of this forthcoming paper among some of its members. Invitations have also been extended to representatives from the United Nations and other international organisations to contribute to the working discussion.
Radek Stech, Founder and CEO of Global PSSL, said: “Our goal in Washington is to contribute constructively to the global dialogue on post-issuance governance — a vital but often overlooked dimension of sustainable finance and financial stability. The Beyond Issuance report will expand our ABC Score™ metrics to better capture transparency and stewardship across markets. I’m grateful to Kenneth Gutwillig for strengthening our collaboration with the Bretton Woods Committee and to Nest Pensions for inspiring this next phase of our work.”
Kenneth Gutwillig, Chair of Global PSSL’s Investment Advisors Council, said: “The discussions in Washington this week represent an inflection point in the evolution of post-issuance market standards. Through the Beyond Issuance report, Global PSSL is helping ensure that the next generation of standards will be both principled and practical. I am grateful to the Bretton Woods Committee for its openness and support, and to Radek Stech for his vision in guiding this important global effort.”
