Global PSSL to reveal groundbreaking solutions for Green Bonds Lending.
(Cardiff, 26 June 2025) Dr Radek Stech, Senior Academic at Exeter Law School and founder and CEO of Global Principles for Sustainable Securities Lending (Global PSSL), will attend the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Annual Meeting of the Green Bond Principles as an observer today.
Following this important event, Dr Stech will publish a new discussion paper titled “Green Bonds under Opaque Loans – A Call to Reform Securities Lending of Green Bonds through Transparent and Fintech-Enabled Solutions.”
The paper is the result of several months of research and dialogue with experts across sustainable finance, stewardship, and market infrastructure. It also explores how emerging technologies can help enhance transparency and trust in the green bond ecosystem.
